1、market analysis. To communicate with the clients and exchange the information about the export products; to confirm the basic information about the inspection and make the detailed plans for export.
2、Contract. The clients will sign the export contract with foreign companies, as well as the agency agreement with HJC company.
3、Settlement. It includes L/C check, receive the fund, export invoice, cargo booking, inspections, export customs declaration, export security check (random), and delivery document.
Remark: the settlement and procedure will be different for some special products. The export procedures are more complicated than the import. Sometimes there are fake L/C, unqualified documents, non tax free
